Happy Halloween!

We had a great week with Nana K here visiting. Thank you for being here all week with us.  Corvin still misses his Nana!  This picture was the day Corvin had his Halloween party at pre-school. 

Children's Museum

When we were in Indy for the birthday party we went to the kid's museum.  It happened to be Fall break for schools and it was crazy at the museum. We still had fun though.  Here are a few pictures from the afternoon. 

Self-Portrait

This one did not turn out too bad!  Corvin was off doing something with Tyler when we were at AppleBlossom Farm so Brady and I were taking a break.  Love you sweet boy!

I love that Brady still loves to snuggle with me!  Nothing better than a snuggle with one of our boys.   

BW3’s & Brady

I took some pictures of Brady when we were there since it was his birthday lunch.  Not sure what the camera was set on for this, but I like it!  Our fun birthday boy!

Happy Joe's

While in Galena, we saw a restaurant named Happy Joe's.  I remembered that Reese had talked about their taco pizza and how it was the BEST.  So of course we had to go try it out!  It was really good.  Corvin liked Happy Joe's because they also had a game room.  He had so much fun playing different games.  What a fun family night!

Playground

We recently went to Galena, IL with Ty's parents.  Here are a few pictures from a visit to the park.  They had a great city park with a huge playground that Corvin loved!

Homecoming Parade

We went to the boys first Homecoming parade here and the boys were all decked out with school colors of orange and black.  It was actually pretty warm that day.  Definitely did not remind me of the weather we had up north for homecomings! 

Bulldozers & Boys

When I was in Charlotte for Steph/Chad's wedding Tyler took the boys to an open house at a Caterpillar plant.  Here are a few pictures of the boys with the bulldozer in front of the plant.

Running & Boys

We recently started to run again and are thinking of trying another 1/2 marathon.  Here are the boys in the stroller together.  They seem to like being in it while Ty pushes them while running.  When I pushed, Corvin told me to go faster! Even with Ty pushing them he is still way ahead of me when we run - and he is pushing at least 60+ pounds!

Dishwashers

Who knew a dishwasher could be so much. fun!  When Corvin was little he also loved the dishwasher.  Let's hope when they are teenagers they still like it then too.  We just started a job for Corvin - he unloads the silverware from the dishwasher and he is having fun with it for now! 

Apple Blossom Farm

We had a great morning at Apple Blossom Farm on Brady's birthday.  Cider donuts, a hay ride, corn maze, barrel train ride and pumpkin patch all in our outing - what fun!
 

Birthday Fun

We had a great day celebrating Brady's 1st Birthday!.  We started the day off chasing balloons around the house, then a trip to an orchard/pumpkin patch, lunch at BW3's and cake at home that night with Lisa, Matt and the kiddos.

As you can see, Brady definitely liked his cake!

Happy 1st Birthday Brady!

WOW that today is Brady's 1st birthday.  This year has flown by and it is so hard to believe our baby is getting so big!  What a sweet little man he continues to be.   
-  He only has two teeth on the bottom, but two on top are about to break through.
- Still loves to eat!
- Is a Mama's boy - and a snuggler - yeah!
- Starting to cruise around furniture and use his push toy to walk behind it for a few steps.
- Loves trucks and anything that goes along with cell phones and remotes.
- Loves to interact with Corvin.

New Chairs

It is project time and Corvin is all ready to help!   These are new chairs for our front porch I got on clearance at Menard’s.  Yeah for end of season clearance sales!

Hats

I got these matching hats for the boys thinking they would help next Spring when the boys are both playing at a park and I would be able to spot them easier in a crowd.  Thanks Claudia for the idea!  They look like they won’t fit by the Spring though.
