My parents were here to visit recently.  How nice to have them here with us for awhile!

Tinker Toys – Victory!

Tyler was recently on a business trip to England for a week and both boys got sick – go figure.  We made it through and all are doing better now.  One night after Brady went to bed Corvin wanted to build with his Tinker Toys.  Well lets just say Tinker Toys are not my thing – Tyler is a much better with them than me.  I was so excited that it worked and we actually built this monorail and had to take a picture!

Cool Dude

We had some great weather in mid-February, it was in the 40’s!  We went out for a family walk up the cul-de-sac.  Gotta love Brady in the sunglasses!

Rental Car

We had a rental car while there and Corvin had a booster seat and Brady was facing front in his car seat – firsts for both!  I think Brady is enjoying his view now! 

So that is the end of our trip to Florida.  We had a busy week and a great trip.  Thanks to Nana/Papa D for the resort stay! 

1st Time At The Ocean

We were able to go and spend part of one day with friends from up north.  Judy/Lee H live in Rockledge, FL – near Cocoa Beach.  So after the visit we went to the ocean!  The boys were not to sure about the water, as it was not warm.  Corvin enjoyed playing in the sand and looking for shells.  It was both of their first times at the ocean!

Pool Time

The resort had a bunch of pools and lazy rivers.  We were lucky enough to have nice weather and were able to swim a few times!!

Pro Mini Golfers

Our resort was very nice – thank you Nana/Papa D.  It had a miniature golf course so of course we had to try it out.  I should say they tried out I just tried to keep up with the boys.  There was a fountain/water feature on it and I told Corvin to stay out of the water.  So instead the instant after I told him that - he threw his golf ball into the water – ugh!  He was not pleased to sit out the next hole due to that!
