Tables & Boys

The console table has become a favorite place of Brady’s to play.  He has also mastered getting on and off by himself as well as climbing stairs.  He is learning more and more every day. 

Crazy Hair

This was taken just before Corvin’s haircut while he was in the tub.  He looks so much older now with short hair.

 Just after his bath recently Brady was still in his hooded towel and decided to read a book – too cute!

Special Family

Wanted to send out special wishes today to Reese, Sara and Sage as today is a year from Reese's surgery.  They have been through so much this past year and are stronger than ever.  We think of you every day and are so thankful to have you all in our lives.  We love you!

Who Me?

Brady has found the tupperware cabinet!  He loves to play with his new toys and get them all out.  Add in a wooden spoon and he loves it!

Corvin – 3 years +

Of course when we take Brady's monthly picture Corvin also likes to get in on the action.  So here is our 3 year old + in the same rocking chair as Brady's pictures are taken.  So fun to see the changtes in them both as they grow.

Basket Rides

Who knew the laundry basket could be so much fun!  Here the boys enjoy fun time with Dad as they take a basket ride!

Sleeping Brady

This was one of Brady's last trips in his infant car seat.  It was about time as he was so out growing it!  He seems to like his new seat too - he fell asleep in it yesterday for the first time.

Splash!

This was such a fun day!  We got together with some good friends and the kids played outside for over an hour and had so much fun sliding into the pool.   Brady hung out on the blanket and played with toys – he attempted the grass but decided the blanket was his best bet.  Thanks for such a great day!

Haircut

I love it when Corvin gets his haircut - such a cutie. I need to get it cut more often. He is usually very good when getting it cut which is great for both he and the stylist that he isn't moving all around. He was super excited yesterday becuase he got a sucker when he was done!  Here he is showing off his new cut!

Indy Children's Museum

What a great time we had at this museum.  A huge thank you to Sara who stayed with Sage and Brady while Corvin and I wandered the museum. He had sooooooooooooooooo  much fun as you can see from the pictures below.  We loved this museum - it was great!

Corvin was super excited for the carousel.  He had to go on the giraffe even though he knew it would not go up/down like other animals on it.  He loved it as giraffe's are his favorite animal. 

If you really look in this picture you will see Corvin in the top left operating the crane on the platform!  He recently told me his three favorite machines are cranes, diggers and trains.  He had lots of fun moving this crane around. 

When I asked him what his favorite part of the museum was he said this - moving dirt - which was actually mulch.  He did not want to leave this area!  Guess we need one for home!

Visit to IN

We had so much fun last week visiting with Sara, Reese and Sage.  How nice that we are close enough and able to do this.  3 hours doesn't seem bad at all!  Thanks for such a great visit!

Sweet Sage!

Corvin loves to help with any project.  Here he is helping Sara make chocolate covered bananas.  Too bad he would not eat any of them!

Whoever knew the phone could be so much fun.  They were both attacking Sara for the phone - too funny!

Happy 10 Months Brady!!

Wow, 10 months old! In two short months Brady will be a year old already.  This time has flown by for our little man.  What fun he brings to our family.  Such a sweetheart in all he does. 

-          He is a mommy’s boy – you know I love this!  Nothing better than a snuggle with one of my boys.

-          He got his first tooth recently.

-          He continues to be a great eater.  Amazing and wonderful!

-          He like to stand, but is not ready to cruise the furniture or venture to walk yet.

-          He loves sitting in the cart when we are at the store.  So many things to look at and see.

-          He really liked the water when we went to the pool and loves to splash.

-          Still loves his bath time.

-          Wants to play with anything his brother has.

Pool Time

 We went to the local pool recently and the boys had fun playing in the water!

Outside Fun

Corvin loves riding his big wheel and he is getting really good at it!

 This was Brady’s first time in the wagon and he thought it was great.  He loved it and it was fun to watch him enjoy it so much.  

Little Drummer Boy

It is so fun to see Brady enjoy and play as he grows.  He loves this drum, although he has learned just about anything can be turned into a drum.  Our little man is such a sweetheart!

Stairs

Brady loves to come to this spot in the house and play the stair as a drum. I know I should be enjoying this stage as he has yet to try to climb the stair which I know will be just around the corner. Right now he is content to come and play his drum!

New Table

We recently bought a new dining room table.  Corvin was excited to help Tyler and Papa D. put everything together.  Thanks for the help!  We can now seat 6+ and love it.

The Simplest Things

This is one of Brady’s favorite toys to play with – the step stool!  We have them in our bathrooms so Corvin can reach the sinks and Brady is absolutely fascinated by them.  He loves to play with them which also drives Corvin nuts as he views them as his only and not Brady’s.  Oh to realize he will be sharing everything with Brady from here on out!

Little Cowboy

I just could not resist taking this picture!  Corvin was running around one morning and did not want to get dressed.  Then thought it would be great to ride his horse.  What a cute cowboy!

I love these pictures of Brady with Tyler.  It shows how long Brady is and soooo cute in just his diaper.  What a happy boy!

Swings

It is so fun to see the boys together having fun. I see many more moments in the future as they grow and play together and will hopefully be the best of friends.   Here they are both enjoying the swings at a park.

Oh how sweet he is!  He was all tuckered out after playing at a park.  We just love you so much!

Future Race Car Driver

We were so fortunate to be able to visit with Joe, Lila, Sarah and Austin while in MI in June.   Here Corvin is in Austin’s pride and joy!  Last year he was completely scared of the car and this year he thought it was great.   It was so fun to see you all!  Thanks for a great evening!
